Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Also contained in this recent image release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different areas of the land.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
